KiwiLou Changes

I am happy to announce that as of May 31st, KiwiLou is under new management.  My wife (Lisa) and I (Robert) are looking forward to working with the KiwiLou team to bring KiwiLou to the next level.

Some of our plans include:

  • Doubling down on customer service.  We both feel customer service is of the utmost importance and will be working to improve this where we can.  If you ever feel like you are not satisfied with your experience, please reach out to us at support@kiwilou.com.
  • Bringing some exciting new products to market.  We have heard your requests and are working with our designers to bring some new products to our brand, including some more dog species, cats, and even horses.  Additionally, we will be adding some new interests such as Travel, Massage Therapists, and Nurses.
  • Adding Amazon Pay as a payment option.
Changes we have already done include:
  • New checkout options.  We have added Apple and Google Pay to our lineup of payment options.
  • We have added wishlists so you can save items you find while shopping that interest you.
  • For our repeat customers, we have enabled customer accounts.  This optional step should help streamline your shopping experience.
  • Improved navigation.  You should now be able to filter your interests by product types and product types by interests.
